Katrina Cuschieri is an economist (B.Com – Econ) and accountant (ACCA qualified) by profession and a graduate with a Master’s degree in Political Science and Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
Having served as a Policy Advisor at the Ministry for the Environment, Energy, and Enterprise, she has experience working on projects related to economic development, green energy and enterprise policy.
Ms Cuschieri has extensive experience in stakeholder management emanating from various industries, including the private & public sector, academia and civil society organisations, to develop national solutions which address current economic, sustainability and social challenges.
Throughout her career, Ms Cuschieri was responsible for Malta’s ESG Portal: an online government platform for companies that want to report on their ESG credentials. She also developed a grant scheme which would help small to medium sized companies receive funding to commission their ESG reports.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Water Services Corporation, she consults on management of funds and strategic development of the only water supplier in the country.
